43 Things You Probably Don't Know About Me

Next month I will be turning 43 years old.  I thought I would share a little about me.  Sit back and laugh or cry or be bored.....This is What's Cookin in my head on Beaty's Creek today.


!.  I am an only child.
2.  I was born Oct. 18, 1970.
3.  I love to do laundry.
4.  I hate to dust....
5.  I love family get togethers.
6.  I wanted to have at least 6 kiddos.
7.  I have 3 kiddos.
8.  Our kiddos are 19, 12, and 6 years old.
9.  I have been married to the same man for 21 years.
10.  I am a liberal Conservative. Oxymoron???
11.  I love to garden things you can eat.
12.  I love Diet Dr. Pepper.
13.  I drink 2 cups of very strong coffee each morning.
14. My favorite hot tea is Earl Grey.
15.  I love any food that will turn my tongue Smurf blue. Ocean Water from Sonic and blue cotton candy being two of many.
16.  Red raspberries are my favorite fruit.
17.  I really hate meat.
18.  I hate water to drink.
19.  I have had type 1 diabetes for 38 years.
20.  I have no complications from said disease!!
21.  My first car was a 1986 Mustang Convertible.
22.  I have had 3 cars stolen.
23.  I now drive a big white Ford van.  Always wanted a van as a kid.
24.  I lack 12 hours, yep, 1 semester, from finishing my degree.
25.  I am a career volunteer.
26.  I want to feed the world.
27.  I love my compost bin.
28.  Recycling makes me feel good!
29.  I have lived in Jay, OK more years than anywhere else.
30.  All of our kiddos are born in June. 21st, 8th, and 27th.
31.  Our oldest was born 9 months to the day that we miscarried our twins. I know, not possible.  Miracles do happen folks!
32.  I read ALL the time!!
33.  My Kindle Fire was the best gift I have ever received!!!!
34.  My favorite color is pink!
35.  When I read a book I imagine the characters are real and I am living in the book.
36.  I always read the last chapter first.  Hate not knowing the ending.
37.  I am a homebody.  If Amazon could bring fresh food I would never leave.
38.  I want to have an established orchard by the time I am 50.  7 years to go.  I better get busy!
39.  I have always been a Dallas Cowboy fan.  Win or lose I love them!
40.  I did not go to Oklahoma State but they are my favorite college team!
41.  My favorite dog of all time was a gift from my husband then boyfriend.  Chance, he was a Pit-bull and the most kind dog I have ever had.
42.  I have a 14 year old cat.
43.  I plan on living forever just to drive my kiddos nuts!!!!
